Technical Support

DOMICO guarantees a 2-hour callback time during business hours if you have Gold Class Warranty.

If you are contacting Technical Support during non-business hours, please leave a message on our voicemail system with your support number and other pertinent information. Our technicians begin returning support calls at 7:00am Pacific Time.

DOMICO provides emergency weekend support on Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Our technicians provide emergency support during normal business hours on all holidays, excluding December 25th and January 1st. Send your support request by email at these times.

When you contact Technical Support, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Support number
  • Your name
  • Facility name and telephone number
  • Brief description of the problem you are having
