SETTING UP DOMICO AUCTION PROCESSING FUNCTIONALITY
    1. In the DOMICO Setup à Site Configuration
      1. Delinquency
        1. Specify the delinquency step that will act as the Lien Step.
        2. Specify the number of days required between lien status and eligible for auction.
        3. If you have a current delinquency step called "Auction" it will need to be removed.
        4. If you have the customer notice of auction letter set up to print as part of a delinquency step, it will need to be removed as an action for that step.
      2. Setup Fees
        1. Does the site charge an auction fee? If so, make sure that the fee has been added as type = "Auction"
      3. General InfoàSoftware Date & Misc
        1. Configure the "eDomico to No Pay X day(s) before auction date" setting. This will prevent delinquent tenants from paying online before the auction.

    2. In the Letter Writer
      1. Does the site send a customer notice of auction letter? If so, this letter and the alternate version need to be associated with "Auction Notice."
      2. Public notice letter sent to newspaper - <PUBLIC NOTICE LIEN LISTING> parameter displays the Unit Mask, Customer Name, and General Description of Occupant's Property.
        There are three alternatives to this:
        1. <PUBLIC NOTICE LIEN LISTING CUSTOMERS ONLY>
          Does not include general description of occupant's property.
        2. <PUBLIC NOTICE LIEN LISTING PLUS ADDRESS>
          Includes customer address.
        3. <PUBLIC NOTICE LIEN LISTING PLUS ALL ADDRESSES>
          Includes alternate names and addresses.

    3. In SetupàPasswords
      1. Configure privileges for each user who has access to new auction screen.
      2. Additional Options
        1. Prevent New Auction
        2. Prevent Auction Deletion

    4. At the new Auction Screen (ToolsàAuction)
      1. Input next auction information
      2. Access the Public Notice settings by clicking on Setup.
        1. Enter the Generate Notice day and the Publish Day(s). These settings will be retained for the next auction, but can be changed.
        2. Enter newspaper mailing and email address.
        3. Enter corporate or site email address for whoever will be reviewing the auction.

    5. Customer ActionàCustomer Info screen for each tenant in auction.
      1. Enter a valid email address
      2. Additional InfoàEnter a General Description of Occupant's Property.
