Once you’ve moved a customer in, all of your customer management activities take place in this single Customer
Action screen.
The powerful ‘Search On’ tool is right where you need it. Look up an account by name, unit number, alternate’s
phone number, or any other field! Anyone who has worked in a facility can imagine just how much time and
aggravation this one feature will save.
With our super Notes capability you can establish any note as "critical" and have that note always appear first.
All notes are date and user stamped so a complete record of telephone collection conversations, for example, are
professionally maintained. You also have the capacity to take unlimited notes.
Select an action button and you can handle any related customer task -- payment, merchandise sale, billing -- in just
moments.

DOMICO has always had a reputation for the industry's best reports. We hope to exceed our client’s
expectations with all of the new reports options in DOMICO Software.
With DOMICO Software you’ll have the ability to view a report first, then print if needed. You can also set up
report batches to generate at every end-of-day or end-of-month and have them automatically emailed or faxed
to your corporate office.
That’s it! That’s really all there is to it. Of course there is a daily closing and that process will automatically
generate your late letters, charge your rents and, in general, take care of all the tasks involved in running a
professional self storage operation.
