Blast From The Past: An Old Friend Returns

Glenn Hunter & John ReutterOn December 27th, a most pleasant and unexpected visitor arrived at our doorstep. John Reutter, who co-founded DOMICO with President Glenn Hunter over 20 years ago, decided to pay us a long overdue visit.

In 1984, DOMICO was a fledgling software company with just six employees. The "office" was in the garage of a house that had been renovated into a law office. Glenn and John would occasionally "borrow" the office to host visiting clients.
DOMICO's humble beginnings.
John has been hard at work since he left DOMICO over a decade ago. He became involved in a variety of educational endeavors in Alabama, rising rapidly through the hierarchy of the collegiate system.

With a doctorate in Education, John is now the Project Director/Principal Investigator for a National Science Foundation project with the Alabama Colleges for Electronic Technology Education Advancement.

John can be reached via email at jreutter@hotmail.com.

Announcements
2004 Wrap Up - We are pleased to announce that reported software sales for 2004 were the highest in the company's 20-year history. According to President Glenn Hunter, "2004 was a great year for us. We completed more software installations than ever before, and with all the new services we are set to release, I expect 2005 to be even better."

Tech Tip of the Month
FaxFaxed Report Batches - While most clients are familiar with DOMICO's email batch reporting capabilities, few realize that this same feature can be used with a fax number.

Using a dial-up or high-speed Internet connection, DOMICO can automatically email or fax customized report batches to a set of pre-defined contacts at Close Day. The fax option is especially valuable for clients who prefer hard copies of their reports. For help in setting up your faxed report batches, please contact Technical Support at 800-688-6181.
