And the Winner Is - Tracy McFarland
 
At DOMICO, we take great pride in our products and our customer service. In order to ensure that we maintain this standard, we depend upon the feedback we receive from our DOMICO users. In June, we announced the implementation of a new customer service program called CONDUCTOR. Conductor is an automated response service that issues a short e-mail survey (a Quality Service Evaluation) to clients that need technical support. Via this program, we are able to determine how well we are meeting our customer service goals. We are happy to announce that in the last three months, we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from our users.
 
Tracy McFarlandAs a gift of thanks, we announced a drawing for $100.00 open to all clients who participated in the survey. Today we are proud to announce that the winner of the drawing is: Tracy McFarland, a Mr. Vangard Self Storage Manager in Tacoma, WA.
    
Tracy was kind enough to talk to us about his experience with DOMICO. He has been using DOMICO for the past four years and enjoys the many different features available. He stated, “Right now my favorite feature is the Site Map”, which became available with the release of DOMICO 2005 this past June.
 
Tracy also expressed his appreciation for the accessibility of DOMICO’s management team and their desire to listen to everyday users. He stated: “DOMICO listens to its customers and are always willing to add new features.” When asked about the support team at DOMICO, Tracy responded: “The support is excellent.” One of his favorite technicians is Mark Witcher. He commented: “Mark is excellent. He knows what he is talking about. He knows the software well.”
 
He also gave us the biggest compliment our clients could give by recommending DOMICO to potential customers. He added: “The reason I have recommended DOMICO to other people is because there are so many options available.”
 
We would like to thank Tracy for his enthusiastic support. DOMICO would also like to thank all of you that have already taken the time to provide us your feedback. We encourage those of you who have not had a chance to participate in this program, to do so by filling out the Quality Service Evaluation. Please keep those surveys coming so we may continue to provide you with the best possible products and customer support.
 
 
Employee Spotlight: Mark Witcher
  Mark Witcher
This month we would like to spotlight Senior Support Analyst, Mark Witcher. Mark has been a part of our support team for six years. Throughout his career at DOMICO, his hard work has been appreciated not only by his team members, but also by our customers. Last month Mark received an award for excellence in service, based on the feedback we received from our clients.
 
Prior to coming to DOMICO, Mark was a Support Technician for Gateway Computers and a member of the Michigan National Guard. He began his career at DOMICO in 1999. Since then, DOMICO has gone through an amazing growth in development. Mark shares, “DOMICO 2005 has been changing to meet the needs of our clients and it is continuing to push forward with new and fascinating developments such as eDOMICO, which I am very excited about.”
 
Mark’s success at DOMICO can be contributed to his dedication to customer service. He states, “The most enjoyable aspect of my job is helping people.” He went on to say, “To me, the best feeling in the world is knowing that after I hang up the phone, I have solved our client’s problem, and they are satisfied with the resolution.”

Tech Tip of the Month
Email lettersMaking Use of Your Email - Did you know that you can send your late letters via email? This is a simple way to cut down on the time it takes to get late letters out, the folding and stuffing and stamping. What do you need? Well, of course, you need the email address of your customer. Your software needs to be set up to use this feature (see the Owner’s Manual.) And the letter itself needs to be designated at the Letter Writer for emailing (each letter can be designated so).
 

Then all you have to do is put in the email address of the customer at the Customer Info screen, an already checked check box will immediately appear just after the email address input box. That’s all there is to it. Oh, and your software can be set up to print a hard copy as well for your files.
