Announcements
DOMICO's 3rd Quarter Software Revenues Break a 20-Year Record - For the second time this year, DOMICO is pleased to announce yet another record-breaking quarter -- sales revenue for the 3rd quarter of 2004 have surpassed those of any quarter in our 20-year history!

We are currently on pace to have our most profitable year ever, and we'd like to acknowledge those who made it possible. This includes our hard-working development team, our stellar support staff, our dedicated production department that has doubled in size in order to meet demand, and of course, all of the owners and managers who have chosen  DOMICO as their management software provider.

Rodney, Jennifer, and baby AndrewOh Baby, Oh Baby! (Part II) - In our July issue, we announced that VP of Business Development Rodney Vernon and his wife, as well as Receptionist Judi Ottley and her husband, were expecting their first-borns before the end of the year. We are very happy to report that both couples are now proud parents of healthy baby boys Andrew Vernon (pictured here) and Journey McKoy.

Rodney will be exhibiting at the TMSA, MASSA, and ISS Miami tradeshows in the upcoming months (see below for details), so be sure to stop by the booth and congratulate the new dad!

Noteworthy
DOMICO Welcomes Bay Area Self Storage (BASS) Everyone here at DOMICO takes great pride in the relationships we have with our clients; we make it a priority toBay Area Self Storage strengthen these alliances whenever possible.

Consequently, we were very pleased when we heard that the managers and corporate employees from BASS wanted to visit with us for a day.

The meeting was extremely beneficial for all parties involved. The folks from BASS learned a little about the history and background of DOMICO from President Glenn Hunter, while we received valuable customer feedback about our product and services from the people who matter the most -- the daily users of DOMICO software.

In fact, Manager Ann Vassos of the San Jose facility made our day when she told us, "I've worked with other softwares, but I like yours the best. Thanks to DOMICO, I sleep better at night knowing that all my reports balance at the end of the day!"

Tech Tip of the Month
Passwords & Security - All users must be assigned to one of four security levels: Owner, Property Manager, Manager, and Relief Manager. By default, an Owner has access to everything, while a Relief Manager has access to only select features.

Each of these levels has a default setting that can be customized by the user if that user has access to Setup --> Passwords. For example, a "hands-off" owner who entrusts all facility operations to his manager might want that manager to have "Owner" level access.

Any user who does not have access to Setup --> Passwords, but wants an increased level of access, must have their corporate office give authorization to DOMICO Technical Support via fax at 510-644-3156, email at support@domico.com, or phone at 800-688-6181.
