In our April issue, long time client Yank Shugg praised our hardworking and dedicated technical support team. It is no coincidence that this month we are spotlighting the technical team leader, Director of Client Services, Randy Fong.

Randy has been a part of the DOMICO support team for over four years, and he continues to be one of our most popular support technicians. He began his career at DOMICO as a Support Analyst and within two years found himself leading the support division with a promotion to Director of Client Services.

During his tenure with DOMICO, Randy has witnessed the company grow tremendously and the product go through many evolutions. He stated, “I remember when DOMICO 2000 first came out how simple it was then, and look at it now. It is nice to know that I helped build this product and continue to do so.” Randy works closely with President Glenn Hunter to ensure that our clients receive the best quality product and service they’ve come to expect from DOMICO software.

He shares, “I enjoy the professional relationship we have with our clients, and it brings me a great feeling that I did something to make their life easier.” Randy’s work ethic is legendary around the office, and if not for his love of baseball and regular attendance at Oakland A’s games, we fear he might never leave his desk.

In the last two months DOMICO has been busy traveling from Seattle to Phoenix demonstrating our new software during two major state shows, the WA-SSA Annual Conference in Seattle and the AMSA Conference & Trade Show in Phoenix .

Throughout the years the WA-SSA tradeshow has been a great success for DOMICO, and this year was no exception. We were very happy to see familiar faces and to meet many new people interested in what DOMICO has to offer. Popular topics included accolades for DOMICO’s Technical Support and information on our in-depth rate adjustment capabilities.

Thank you to everyone who made this show such a great success, with a special thanks to Alan Ameche, Patrick Reilly, Monique White, and Lynn Prather for hosting such a fantastic event!

This year’s AMSA show did not disappoint. A great exhibition coupled with incredible weather made the perfect setting for another successful year. From networking on the golf course to demonstrating the vast accounting principles of our software, we had a very successful trip. We'd like to thank everyone who took the time to stop by our booth.
