Tradeshow Wrap-Ups
ISS Expo in Las Vegas

Las Vegas

As always, Las Vegas was a great success for us. Our booth was continuously filled with both clients and prospects wanting a sneak preview of our latest offerings, especially the new automatic rate adjustment capabilities.

We hope you had an opportunity to chat with one of our representatives at the booth or during our Using Technology roundtable session, hosted by Rodney Vernon, VP of Business Development.

Philadelphia

Coming from sunny California, we were a little uneasy about the cold weather in Philadelphia. However, the warm and welcoming reception we received at this trade show melted our worries away.

Once again, our trademark balloon arch attracted much attention and brightened the trade show floor. We hope you were able to stop by our booth to pick up some information, and enjoy our always popular giveaways of candy, pens, and Post-itsŪ. Between Sin City and the City of Brotherly Love, we have certainly done our share of traveling over the last three weeks by attending two of the largest trade shows of the year, the ISS Expo in Las Vegas and the SSA Conference in Philadelphia.

Dear Subscribers,

As the Director of Marketing for DOMICO, I have been fortunate enough to cross paths with several of you; over the phone, via email, and on the trade show floor. Whether you were a customer, a sales prospect, or a fellow vendor, I have enjoyed each and every one of our interactions.

That is why it is with great sadness (and excitement) that I share the news of my departure from DOMICO to pursue my MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Earning my MBA has been a goal of mine ever since I completed my undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. However, it was my time spent at DOMICO that really solidified my passion for business, and in particular, marketing and customer relationship management, my intended areas of concentration at NYU.

I am privileged to have had the opportunity to work for DOMICO, and as a result, with many of you. Being with an established company with such an extraordinary dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction has provided me with invaluable experiences. From product launches to ad campaigns to these monthly e-newsletters, each project has been extremely rewarding, and I look forward to taking the lessons I've learned with me into the classroom this Fall.

Many of you have already been introduced to Polina Chekhun, either in last month's issue or at the recent trade shows. Polina will be taking over for me when I leave, and I have found her to be a pleasure to work with. I know that you will all feel the same.

Finally, I'd like to wish you all the best, and I hope to cross paths with you again sometime in the future.

Sincerely,
Veronica Hsia
