We Want You!

In an age where the differences between various products and technologies are only marginal,
the fate of any modern business rests upon the ability to provide superior customer service. There may be no other place that this notion holds more truth than in the software industry. That is why DOMICO is committed to employing the most powerful tool available to improve our products and even more importantly our customer service. What is this incredibly powerful tool you ask? Why the answer is YOU of course! Yes, we understand the essential value of continuing to provide you the best customer service in the industry and are dedicated to ensuring that we do.

On June 1, 2005, coinciding with the widespread release of DOMICO 2005 we began a new program called “CONDUCTOR.” Conductor is an automated response service that issues a short e-mail survey (a Quality Service Evaluation) to any client that required technical support. Our goal with Conductor is to get your feedback on the various facets of your technical service experience. If we know what you think, then we know how we are doing.

Conductor is a tool that will help us maintain an ongoing dialog between everyday users and our support team – giving DOMICO the insight necessary to maintain the highest service standards. The good news is that Conductor is working well. In the last month that this new program has been in place we are pleased to reveal that both the customer response frequency and our performance ratings have been overwhelmingly positive. DOMICO Service RatingWe ask our clients to rate various elements of their customer service experience, ranging from quality of service to the speed of issue resolution, on a scale of 1-5 (one being poor and five being exceptional). The average rating that we received, across all fields, was 4.7. To the DOMICO team, our good score is a clear indication of only one thing – that we are doing our jobs. After all, our job is to serve you.

DOMICO would like to thank all of you who have already taken the time to provide your feedback. We would also like to ask users that have not yet participated to please help us by filling out the Quality Service Evaluation sent to you at the conclusion of each technical service inquiry. Moreover, to stay current with DOMICO news and to ensure that you have an opportunity to share your feedback, please be sure that our database is updated with your latest e-mail address.

WIN $100DOMICO values every response we receive and to prove it we are putting our money where our mouth is. At the end of July we are going to randomly draw a name from a list of all the sites that have participated in the Conductor Quality Service Evaluations and the winner will receive a $100 gift certificate. Furthermore, the support analyst with the best rating received from the responses of these surveys will also receive $100 gift certificate. So here is your big chance to win a free gift just for helping us to help you.

Search Tips

Finding information about a customer quickly and easily is important for customer service and a hallmark of DOMICO software. All information and all actions involving a customer after the initial Move In take place from, where else, the Customer Action screen! If you know the customer’s unit or name then that is an easy and obvious search. But what if you don’t? Well, you can still find the right customer if you know something else about them. Look to the Search On drop down menu immediately to the right of the name search.

From this drop down you can look up a given customer account based upon a dozen or more different criteria. Pick your criteria from the alphabetically organized drop down menu. Let’s use Credit Card number. Once you select this criteria the drop down box next to our Search On shows a list of all customer credit card numbers (of course with only the last four digits showing!) Select one and the appropriate customer immediately shows up.
