Hellos and Goodbyes

Randy Fong, who has worked for DOMICO for the past 6 years is, alas, no longer part of our team. Randy has gone to the big city (San Francisco) to seek fame and fortune! We thank Randy for his years of service and wish him well in his new endeavor.

We are very excited to welcome Leslie Ainscough! Leslie has agreed to become our new Director of Technical Operations. In this role, her mission will be to ensure that DOMICO products are successfully utilized by DOMICO customers. Leslie brings to DOMICO ten years of experience in application support, data management, and a variety of additional technical skills. We feel very fortunate to have her with us. Welcome Leslie!

Other recent additions include Nate Yuen and William Lum. Nate is our Development Liaison. He has a degree in Computer Sciences from UC Davis, and will focus on ensuring that our eDOMICO offerings are running smoothly. Nate says that his favorite thing about working at DOMICO is the friendly atmosphere. Outside of work, Nate says, “I like to skate, play guitar, run, watch foreign movies, and break my car (so I learn how to fix it).”

You have probably already spoken with William. He has been handling things at our front desk for the past couple of months. It is his friendly voice that you usually hear when you call for technical support. He says he likes DOMICO because of the casual environment. He also says that while his commute may be a bit distressing, the location and surrounding areas are quite beautiful. Away from the office, William says, “I enjoy dancing, photography, and doing volunteer work for a few charities.”

Trade Show Wrap-Ups

Our marketing and sales team has been on the road attending major industry events to showcase the latest DOMICO offerings and catch up with old friends and new.

Once again, the Inside Self-Storage Expo at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas was a superb show for vendors and attendees alike. Mandalay Bay provided a beautiful setting from seminars, roundtables, and exhibiting. We hope you had an opportunity to meet with us at our booth.

The Self Storage Association hosted another successful event in the center of New Orleans. The city has changed, but it’s heart and soul remains intact, and it was a pleasure to spend some time there. DOMICO would like to thank all of you who stopped by our booth. It was great to see familiar faces, loyal clients, and of course meet new potential customers.

We've also been able to attend some fantastic state shows, including Washington and Arizona.
