DOMICO Software Celebrates Banner Year in 2006!

Company Celebrates Highest Revenues in Company History

DOMICO is proud to announce a record-breaking year. The company significantly exceeded 2006 financial expectations and the result was that DOMICO achieved the highest annual revenues in the company’s twenty-two year history. DOMICO revenue streams are all directly related to its self storage software products and related services.

Company owner, Glenn Hunter, attributes the success to a company philosophy: “We function as a true team with every employee playing an important role in our day-to-day operations. Everyone knows what his or her job is and knows how to relate well to everyone else. A customer need is a company-wide need.”

Adding to the success of the company investment in professional support is an array of new web based products that are causing quite an industry stir. eDOMICO, the new Web-based technology, offers powerful tools that directly and positively impact DOMICO customers’ income.

Noteworthy    Staff Changes

Greetings everyone!

I am extremely pleased to have recently been made DOMICO's Marketing Coordinator. I have been with the company for nearly four months, and I am very excited about my new role. (You may recognize me if you've called for tech support!) I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Also, please welcome our new, top-notch Production Analyst, Tim Shores. Tim has been with DOMICO for 6 months and already knows it backwards and front. You're in good hands!

All my Best,

Jesse Meighan

Tech Tip of the Month

                                      YTD Facility Summary Report

With the famous DOMICO  One Page Facility Summary Report, you have an option to see the report with a year to date column. The information in this column is reported based upon a beginning year date. Most people want to see this information with January 1 of the current year as their beginning year date.

This tip is a reminder that you need to “set” this beginning year date (one time each year) on the screen where you generate the report. Under the “From:” and “To:” date range there is a selection “YTD Start:”

1) Go into REPORTS and select the FACILITY SUMMARY Report.
2) On the bottom left, click on the YTD Start and change the calendar to January 2007. 3) Click PRINT/VIEW to SAVE.

Your YTD should reflect a starting date of 01/01/07, not 01/01/06.
